This guide is best suited to the regular gym user, beginner -intermediate lifter, however this does not mean that if you are unused to exercise you cannot use this as a guideline. But if you have not learnt to squat or deadlift with proper form I advise you amend weighted exercises to using just your 'bodyweight' alongside the prescribed cardio.
