ABOUT ANNA

 

 

From a young age Anna has been passionate about health and fitness. She takes pride in  educating clients to adapt to a healthier lifestyle in both mind and body. Supporting clients with an array of knowledge gained from her qualifications and fitness industry experience. 

Currently working in the Middle East has enabled Anna to pursue her career and expertise in catering to divergent cultures to provide clients with a professional and holistic service. This involves not only physical exercise, diet and nutrition, but also in coaching clients about self belief and emotional wellness.  

In 2015 Anna's love for fitness led her to the world of body building to compete in the INBA Middle East show where she took first place Ms Bikini and Ms Fitness model titles.
